About The Company
Two extraordinary families founded two companies in South Jersey back in the mid-1970s: Bovio and Rubino Service Company. Founders Ron Bovio and Michael Rubino were committed to providing excellent HVAC, plumbing, insulation, and electrical services. This, together with focusing on exceptional customer satisfaction. Their passion for their industry has seen them join forces nearly 40 years later.
With over four decades of shared experience behind them, these family-run businesses couldn't be better placed to serve Southern New Jersey!
About The Project
It was during the merger of the two companies in 2020 that Bovio Rubino Service started working with Sunrise Signs. We custom-fitted full vehicle wraps for their fleet using their design. Sunrise Sign’s commitment to customer service led to Bovio Rubino wanting to partner with us again.
For this project, Bovio Rubino wanted visual displays of their strong company culture. It’s important for them to continue their strong company culture of:
- providing client education and,
- an excellent experience with superior quality.
With the help of their marketing and branding partners, Tag Strategies of Philadelphia, we collaborated to produce a variety of signs for them.
We worked closely with Tag to come up with the best options for visual communication and workplace branding. This is for both their office and warehouse space. Tag came up with excellent designs. These were then turned into custom signage.
Our team at Sunrise Signs customized the fit and finish of the designs. We also took care of the production and installation of the signs and graphics they needed.
Highlighting A Strong Company Culture
The type of company culture a business establishes is integral to its success. It shows the kind of environment your business wants to foster. It turns employees into a team, guiding each member on how people behave and work together.
For Bovio Rubino Service, in collaboration with Tag, we created the following signs:
Digitally Printed Wall Murals–these are perfect when you want to make a statement. Doing top to bottom murals creates a more significant and memorable impact on each employee.
Three-Dimensional Logo Lobby Signs – these highly customizable signs were the right fit for displaying their brand name and logo. We used acrylic to custom cut even detailed graphics to really showcase their brand.
Core Values Displays – wall decals were the right choice to showcase the company’s core values. We made sure to use the company’s colors to boost branding.
Warehouse Signage – here we used hanging signs to display the message. It’s an efficient sign option, making use of the ceiling instead of valuable warehouse floor space.
Aside from indoor signs, we also delivered outdoor roadside signage for Bovio Rubina Service. This post and panel sign were customized to display the company’s name and logo. It’s a great way to highlight the company’s brand while attracting roadside attention.
Overall, it was a great collaboration with Bovio Rubino and Tag Strategies of Philadelphia. We were able to transform key areas in their office and warehouse space.
