Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions for Graphic Design Satisfaction Guarantee
1. Scope of the Satisfaction Guarantee
This Satisfaction Guarantee applies to the graphic design services provided by our company ("We", "Our", "Us"). By availing of our services, you ("Client", "You", "Your") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Guarantee Coverage
We guarantee that our final graphic design will match the specifications and requirements as agreed upon in our service agreement. If you are not fully satisfied with the delivered design, we commit to making necessary revisions until the design meets your approval, subject to the following conditions:
a. Revisions are to be limited to changes in colors, fonts, and minor design modifications. Major changes, such as a complete overhaul of the design concept, are not covered under this guarantee.
b. The revision requests must be within the scope of the original design brief. Any requests for revisions beyond the original scope may require additional charges.
3. Claiming the Guarantee
To claim this guarantee, you must notify us in writing within seven (7) days of receiving the final design, clearly explaining the reasons for your dissatisfaction and the specific changes you require. We will review your request and if it is within the boundaries of the original brief and this guarantee, we will carry out the necessary revisions.
4. Limitations and Exclusions
This satisfaction guarantee does not apply in the following situations:
a. If the dissatisfaction is caused by factors beyond our control such as change of client’s preference, project scope, or project timeline after the start of the project.
b. If the dissatisfaction arises from services not included in the graphic design service agreement, such as printing, website coding, or copywriting.
c. If the client fails to communicate the revision requirements within the specified time period.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
After the final approval, all rights to the design will be transferred to the client. However, we reserve the right to use the design for promotional purposes, in our portfolio, and other places where we display our work.
6. Refunds
Refunds are not offered under this Satisfaction Guarantee. This policy is in place to encourage complete and open communication during the design process, allowing us to better meet your expectations.
7. Amendment
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by these amendments.
