Terms and Conditions
**Sunrise Signs Price Matching Guarantee Terms & Conditions:
1. Definition of Price Match: Sunrise Signs will match the price of an identical product or service quoted by a competitor, provided the competitor's quote is equivalent to our proposed offer. This is subject to the terms and conditions listed herein.
2. Proof of Price: The customer must provide a legitimate and verifiable written quotation from a competitor. This should include details such as product specifications, quantities, price, and the date of the quotation.
3. Competitors: Competitor businesses must be in the same line of service as Sunrise Signs and operate within the same geographic area. Online businesses are considered as competitors if they also provide similar services and are based in the same region.
4. Equivalent Quote: An equivalent quote is a quote for a product or service that is identical in all respects including, but not limited to, size, style, quantity, and quality.
5. Refusal of Price Match: Sunrise Signs reserves the right to refuse a price match if the competitor's quoted price is below our cost. This decision will be made at the discretion of Sunrise Signs and is not negotiable.
6. Exclusions: Sale items, clearance items, liquidation sales, special promotions, and quotes from unregistered or unlicensed businesses are excluded from the price match guarantee. Also, the price match guarantee does not apply to typographical errors in competitor's prices or quotes.
7. Modification: Sunrise Signs reserves the right to modify or withdraw this price matching guarantee at any time without prior notice.
8. Limitations: The Price Match Guarantee can only be claimed prior to purchase and cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.
9. Interpretation: Sunrise Signs retains the right to interpret and make decisions regarding the Price Match Guarantee and its terms and conditions.
10. Final Decision: All decisions made by Sunrise Signs in relation to this Price Match Guarantee are final and binding.
11. Quote Validity: The competitor's quote must be dated within 30 days of the quote provided by Sunrise Signs. Quotes from competitors that are older than 30 days at the time of our quote will not be eligible for the price match guarantee. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure and prove that the competitor's quote is within this validity period.
All other terms and conditions as previously stated remain the same. By engaging in a transaction with Sunrise Signs under the terms of the Price Match Guarantee, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
