One solar contractor in New Jersey, Power Overhaul, understands the branding superpowers of vehicle wraps. With a fleet that already consists of a Toyota Prius, a Chevy Silverado and a work trailer all wrapped to perfection, they’ve now added two Nissan NV200 vans to increase their marketing reach.
Power Overhaul offers a variety of solar services and is located in Camden County in Barrington NJ. A trip to their website and you’ll see they offer everything from solar panel installation for both residential and commercial clients as well as solar snow guards and solar panel maintenance.
Founded in 2013 by Matthew Alestra and Paul Coughlin, this company has over 35 years of experience in “Selling, designing and installing solar arrays.” As their Why Power Overhaul webpage reveals, “Don’t let the big box solar companies decide which financing solution is best for you. Our team will work with you to determine which option is the best. And, when were’ done, we’ll install it the right way, the first time.”
The owners of this business believe in using energy the smart way to ensure there is a “measurable impact on the stability of the environment.”
Although solar power, panels and other energy choices for businesses and homeowners are extremely popular these days, all contractors need to find a way to get their brand noticed. And, what better way to do that than with fleet vehicle graphics?
As mentioned above, Sunrise Signs was happy to aid Power Overhaul in the design, fabrication and installation of three of their fleet vehicles: a Prius, a Chevy Silverado pick-up truck and their work trailer. Next on the list to receive vehicle wraps were two Nissan NV200 vans.
Nissan’s NV200 van is a great work vehicle of choice for all contractors. For a solar contractor these cargo vans are especially smart; their fuel efficiency of 24 MPG on city streets and 25 MPG on highways makes these vans eco-friendly. In addition, solar panels are delicate, and the Nissan NV200 vans come with integrated mounting points for easy installation of racks for holding panels secure on the walls of these cargo vans. There are also six cargo hooks for securing tools and supplies. And, if that’s not enough, there is 122.7 cubic feet of cargo space with a 1,500 pound payload.
The Sunrise Solution
For our designers, the challenge was to optimize the van’s canvas. The Nissan NV200 is almost 16 feet in length and approximately 6 foot wide giving us tons of opportunity. However, because we always tell our clients it’s essential to use the same sign company for all your vehicle wrap needs, we did have Power Overhaul’s fleet wrap designs saved digitally. This allows for easy adjusting to the vehicle at hand as well as PMS color matching ensuring these van wraps match the other vehicle in their fleet.
With access to the latest vehicle templates and vehicle wrap design software, these van wraps were easily designed, fabricated and installed.
Much like the graphics on their other fleet vehicles, on the sides of these Nissan NV200 van wraps, we included images of solar panels on a residence. Also on the sides we embedded their telephone number, website address and company logo. Viewers also see typography that announces this business is a residential solar service expert.
On the rear window, window perf announces the company name and repeats they are residential solar service experts. Also on the rear of these fleet wraps is a short menu list of the services they offer and we repeated their telephone number and website address for easy viewing on all sides.
All contractors will benefit by investing in fleet vehicle graphics. Whether you choose spot graphics, partial wraps, truck lettering or go with full vehicle wraps, put your assets to use and boost your brand faster! We make it easy to get a free quote…
