Enter the world of mobile dog grooming! Sunrise Signs was happy to help one such company, Muddy Buddies, spread the word about their mobile dog services using vehicle wraps!

The Client Needed Mobile Dog Groomer Van Wraps

Muddy Buddies was founded by Julia Coulombe and Matthew Vernon—they met over “the fuzzy belly of an Australian Shepherd named Bug.” Matthew was an experienced dog groomer for five years who arrived at Julia’s home to indeed scrub the “Bug” and if there is something as love at first sight, it certainly happened for Coulombe and Vernon who are now husband and wife.

Their dedication to becoming a team and experts at mobile dog grooming began three years ago but it’s not just about bathing and cleaning dogs—it’s a partnership of two folks who love dogs and treat customer’s dogs as if they were their own. As their website says, “They are thrilled to bring a new level of compassion to dog grooming.”

Their modified Ford van comes to your home or office and is air conditioned for summer and heated for winter. It offers a jetted hydro-massage system, a cool dry system and there is no hook-up to your utilities like some other mobile groomers request. What’s nice is you can make an appointment online if you live in Westchester, NY or one of the many surrounding cities in their service area.

The Challenge

When you own a business that offers onsite services where your company vehicle travels to client’s homes or offices, traditional advertising is not as effective as mobile marketing.  Our biggest challenge was to create van wraps that would catch the eye of viewers and clearly display the services Muddy Buddies offers. We also wanted to incorporate their company colors for brand consistency.

So from an all-white modified Ford van, our graphic artists when to work!

The Sunrise Solution

The vehicle graphic proofs below reveal how our in-house designers work with our clients to come up with a winning wrap.

Their corporate green is the base of the wrap and important elements were included to grab the eye of consumers instantly.

In addition, these wraps were designed simply and offer a clear message from the sides, rear and front of what this business offers and if someone misses the “text,” the images speak for themselves.

The Results

What started as a white van with no business graphics is now a stunning vehicle that is hard to miss!

For the sides essential information was provided such as their website address, telephone number, and that they are Westchester’s Premier Mobile Groomer. Their logo, bubbles and paw-print graphics clearly reinforce what they do.

On the rear of this Ford van, we repeated their logo, telephone number and website address—and of course a few bubbles to remind viewers of their services. For the front hood of the van, we also repeated their website address and their logo atop the van’s modified top for optimal viewing.

Now as Muddy Buddies travels from client to client, they are reaching potential customers each and every day! This is something very hard to do with a newspaper or radio ads.
