-What is their reputation? What are their customers saying about them? A company testimonial page is a good start, but take a look for non-curated reviews such as Google Places and Yelp to get the real scoop.
-How quickly do they respond to your inquiry? Within twenty-four business hours is an adequate response time, but even sooner is more impressive.
-Do they charge for their design work? If not, is it included in the car wrap pricing? The important thing here is that the designs are NOT FREE. Unlike basic truck lettering layouts, which only take minutes, highly effective car wrapping designs may take hours to complete. They may even involve photo retouching and illustration.
-What car wrapping vinyl materials do they actually use as oppose to what they advertise? There are many grades of car wrapping vinyl and overlaminates. At a minimum look for Avery and 3m. They both have a very strong reputation in the industry.
-Are they highly consultative or look to get you a price and off the phone? Look for company that tries to understand your needs, and your problems before presenting a solution.
